Returns & Exchanges

We want every TRNDNG order to reach you in perfect condition.

5-Day Return/Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests for eligible products must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

To process such claims, you must provide:

• A clear, continuous unboxing video starting before the package is opened
• Clear photos of the product showing the issue
• Photos of the original packaging and shipping label

Please record an unboxing video whenever you receive your TRNDNG order. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products may not be accepted without sufficient video/photo evidence.

Size Exchanges / Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange a non-defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Reverse-shipping/exchange charges may apply.

Refunds & Replacements
Once the issue has been verified and/or the returned product has passed the required quality checks, an eligible replacement, exchange or refund will be processed.

Important: Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
